Looks like the camel-k operator was pushed but the metadata wasn't. Seems registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/red-hat-camel-k-bundle:1.0.0-4 wasn't attached to the errata. It's already passed QE verification https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ENTESB-14008 so it's good to go.
