Add acceptance structural tests on PROD side

Two jobs:

• VERSION_APPLICATION_TEMPLATES
• VERSION_EAP

• CI_MESSAGE - (UMB message)

Tests

These jobs trigger tests contained in repository https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/jboss-fuse-qe/fuse-structural-tests/tree/master (shared between ENG/QE).

Currently we run two stages (where you can find out how to run the tests via maven if needed):

• Acceptance Fuse on Openshift (checks application-templates, quickstarts, archetypes)
• Acceptance component alignment (checks whether components from UMB message are correct across runtimes)
