Backport fixes needed for 3scale custom policy use case with TLS

When testing the 3scale custom policy use cases using TLS we found several issues within the netty-http component. These issues are filed against Camel upstream:

We need them backported to Fuse 7.x, preferably 7.7. Note that the component was refactored from camel-netty4-http to camel-netty-http in upstream 3.0, the backport needs to target the camel-netty4-http component in downstream 7.x.
