Validate and automate new quickstart: camel-k-example-knative

On Monday there will be new Quickstart available (https://github.com/openshift-integration/camel-k-example-knative). We need to create an automation and validate whether it works.

DoD:

• please, document any hints/hacks observed/developed during the development of automation for KNative quick start
• the quick start should be automated and have separate jenkins job
