patch:install --help says that it's arguments purpose is to rollback the patch instead of install it

      Note in the ARGUMENTS help section below that the patch:install
      commands says that the purpose of the PATCH argument is the
      one to rollback not to install as it should.

ARGUMENTS
        PATCH
                name of the patch to rollback
