Description

All new quick-starts will have automation in QE Jenkins CI. This is a tracker issue, that QE/ENG/PM don't forget that quick-start is not delivered until QE automation is delivered.

DoD:

The quick-starts are fully automated YAKS and can be executed on QE Jenkins CI
There is documentation and new-hires should be able to automate new quick-starts
All the involved parties QE/PM/ENG/GSS parties should agree if YAKS tests are sufficient or we will need to invest also to automation of didact steps inside of README.md files
