[DV] vdb build is not triggered after CR deploy (maven based VDB deployment)

      The problem is only with maven based deployment

      After VDB CR is deployed, build is not triggered. Build Config exists.
      Build can be forced manually as:

      oc start-build bqt-maven-deploy

      VDB CR:
