[React-UI] Error hit, when trying to connect source -> target field in case both contain "new mapping"

This behaviour can be reproduced following these steps:

1. on target field - click "create new mapping"
2. on source field - click "create new mapping"
3. try to connect the source field you specified to the previously specified target field
