Andrea C has a demo shown at a tech meetup, Otavio presented at devconf, Andrea T has done multiple demos, Hugo used elasticsearch connector in debezium enablement. Hopefully we can pull something from these demos to form a quickstart. Having a didact enabled readme would be very nice as well.
