(Fuse/Prometheus) the fuse service monitor template has a wrong pod selector

Using the template 'fuse-servicemonitor.yml', we have to provide the Fuse Service name.
If the servie is already created before, the command ends with error:

Error from server (AlreadyExists): services "fuse76-sb2" already exists

If we provide a different Fuse Service Name, we have to modify the pod selector to point on the right Fuse Service name
