Add unit test to the dv-operator build pipeline. The initial unit tests will be simple test like:

• check if OPERATOR=/usr/local/bin/teiid-operator exists in the container
• entry point : /usr/local/bin/entrypoint exists in container
• check if config/config.yaml exists in container

TBD:
add version checks for teiid and teiid-spring-boot in the config.yaml.
