Inconsistent distribution of quickstarts between Karaf and EAP

    Description

      I like to bring the following inconsistency up for discussion.

      Since Fuse 7.3, the quickstarts for Karaf are offered as a separate download from our CSP. The quickstarts for Fuse on EAP however remain packaged with the installer.

      This is inconsistent and I suggest we agree on one way of distributing all quickstarts.
