All deliverables handled to QE are incorporated in pipeline

Currently, all artefacts that are delivered to QE are automated. There aren't in the pipeline though. Fuse ENG should identify what's not in the pipeline and communicate to QE. QE should review what they need.

Currently, MRRC and offliner are not delivered and in the pipeline. We should aim for incorporating in the pipeline. It doesn't have to be sent in the 1st UMB message, we can have seperate message to not block the handover of the 1st UMB message.
