Clarify org.apache.cxf component alignment

Please clarify which version of org.apache.cxf for EAP should be used in Fuse 7.6. Component alignment document contains 3.2.10 for EAP but CR3 build use mostly 3.2.7, only somewhere 3.2.10 versions.
