Process of autodiscovery of AMQ streams takes some significant time and there is no indication whether this process has been finished or not. This may potentially lead user to investigate what is wrong even in case everything is OK.

Steps to reproduce problem:
1. deploy syndesis and kafka broker on OCP
2. enable AMQ autodiscovery via commands:
oc create clusterrole kafkas.kafka.strimzi.io-view --verb=get,list --resource=kafkas --resource=crd
oc adm policy add-cluster-role-to-user kafkas.kafka.strimzi.io-view -z syndesis-server

3. go immediately to Connections -> create connection -> Kafka Message Broker. ->
brokers are not yet visible.
4. after 30-60 sec. reload page -> brokers are visible.
