Hawtio and CXF reference older releases of Fuse components

      The maven repository zip for Fuse 6.3.0.R15 contained artifacts from previous releases of Karaf, ActiveMQ, and Fabric8. The full list of artifacts is attached.

      These are brought in from the following two POM files:
      From hawtio/pom.xml:
      <fabric-test-version>1.2.0.redhat-630262</fabric-test-version>
      From cxf/parent/pom.xml:
      <cxf.activemq.version>5.11.0.redhat-630187</cxf.activemq.version>

      These correspond to the R3 patch release and the GA release respectively. If we can't align to the latest release, should the versions be updated to point to the previous release?
