Extend certification of Spring Boot 2 on Windows and IBM JDKs

      After reviewing certification on Spring Boot 2 https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jSiznbiTwUTddNMiD-HfrULN4OuwzRQ3A990VyOZhO0/edit, I've found out that QE still tests Camel only on RHEL8, RHEL7 and Oracle JDK 1.8 and OpenJDK 1.8. I am not sure where we intended to support Spring Boot 2 on what platforms.
