[Camel K Basic Example] OpenShift CLI check does not work with OCP 4.3 client

      The problem is that you expect `oc` string to be present in the output of `oc version` command, but the output has changed for OC client 4.x

      $ oc version    
Client Version: v4.3.4
Server Version: 4.3.0
Kubernetes Version: v1.16.2

      $ oc version
oc v3.11.170
kubernetes v1.11.0+d4cacc0
features: Basic-Auth GSSAPI Kerberos SPNEGO

Server https://api.foo43ga.openshift-aws.rhocf-dev.com:6443
kubernetes v1.16.2
