ResetDB endpoint deletes the content of config table and never restores it

    Description

      TestSupportHandler.resetDBToDefault() used by QE truncates the database table config that holds the current db schema version and never recreates it. This causes that any restart of syndesis-server will wipe the content of the DB again, as it can't find any db schema version
