Camel is missing a dependency on Kubernetes-model

Some of the camel features fail to install into karaf as the features.xml file contains a reference to the fuse-760xxx version of kubernetes-model instead of the fuse-760xxx-redhat-000xx version.

In order for PME to align to the redhat version automatically, a dependency must be added to the parent/pom.xml file. This will trigger an update to the kubernetes-model-version property, which will then filter through to the features.xml file.
