[YAKS] Ability to deploy YAML files to OpenShift

      I would like to deploy YAML files using YAKS. This feature should simulate `oc create -f myYAML.yaml` command

      Scenario:

      Context: Camel K Event Streaming Quickstart
      Deliverables:
...
A set of resource definition files that can:

Subscribe to the channel used to install AMQ Streams operator
Subscribe to the channel used to install AMQ Broker operator

A set of CRs files in YAML format that can: be used to create the infrastructure for the quickstart to be operational. For example: 

CR files used to create and configure Kafka topics

      I would like to have YAKS step to deploy those YAML files in order to avoid unnecessary bash scripts.
