Description

When deploying syndesis 7.6 CR1 on OCP 4.4, the todo pod does not build and deploy, because:

  Warning	BuildConfigInstantiateFailed	34s (x25 over 3m20s)	buildconfig-controller	error instantiating Build from BuildConfig asmigala-syndesis/todo (0): Error resolving ImageStreamTag php:7.0 in namespace openshift: unable to find latest tagged image

OCP 4.4 has php 7.2 and 7.3
