      When building a VDB with a Microsoft SQL Server source and sqlserver specified as foreign data wrapper, the following error is thrown in the build pod:

      [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.teiid:vdb-codegen-plugin:1.3.2.fuse-760002-redhat-00001:vdb-codegen (codegen) on project bqt-sqlserver-2016: Error running the vdb-codegen-plugin. No Translator found with name:sqlserver
