DV view editor UX/UI enhancements

1. We should use inline notification style here. The one from the screenshot is a toast notification. PatternFly inline notification https://www.patternfly.org/v4/documentation/react/components/alert#inline-types
2. What does this mean? ( Line ?, Column? ) - Can we provide more information to help user understand what's going on? And how does the user recover from the error.
