The dv-operator [dist-git repo|pkgs.devel.redhat.com/containers/dv-operator] is responsible for building the dv-operator container as part of the product built.

Update the repo so that the container is built with the TP namespace: fuse7-tech-preview/dv-rhel7-operator.
