The order of steps in the activity log is not in order in which the steps are defined.

      1. Import integration from attachments
      2. Edit it and save it (the connection for default DB will be updated in the integration)
      3. Publish integration
      4. Do following POST request on webhook

      5. If the order is valid, do POST again

      Sometimes on OCP 4.2. the order of steps in the activity log is not the same as the order in which the steps are defined.

      This happens only on OCP 4.2 and not every time so it is hard to reproduce. I am able to reproduce it on the integration which I have added to the attachments. Also, the issue needs not been shown in the first attempt. Due to that, the webhook should be triggered more times. I have also uploaded a video on how to reproduce the issue.

      This issue happens in both activity tracing (DB and Jaeger). On the video is used Jaeger tracing.
