Fuse images are not pointing to the right ImageStreams after upgrade

After running the playbook to upgrade Fuse from 1.7 to 1.8, the console for the shared Fuse online stopped working (see attached image).

After investigation, it turns out that the fuse images are still pointing to the Image Streams that are in the openshift namespace (see the attached yaml file), which are out of date at this point. The fuse operator installers the latest image streams in the Fuse's own namespace and they should be used instead.

So to fix this, from out point of view, there are 2 options:

1. Manually patch all the DCs in the fuse namespace during upgrade. This is not an ideal solution, but it could work and might be the quickest one.
2. Ideally, the syndesis operator should handle this. However, if this is not already done, then it means syndesis team will need to make the changes for us (or we work with them on this together) to fix it properly. Obvious this will benefit other users as well when they need to upgrade.
