The activity log doesn't show error step

I have an integration with the incorrect final step. The final step tries to insert to DB data with an invalid data type. When the integration is performed, the activity log shows Errors Found but:

For a default instance, the step is not shown.

For instance with Jaeger addon, the step is shown but the output of Invoke SQL step is empty.

The error appears in the pod log.
