For backups, if no credentials are provided for S3, the operator will use a PVC as storage.

Mount a PVC to the operator pod so the backup process can fall back to PVC if S3 credentials aren't provided.

Keep in mind that in OLM, it is not possible to create arbitrary resources for the operator pod (only SA, Role and Deployment is allowed). The operator will need to detect this scenario and circumvent the situation by recreating the operator resources and attaching a volume.

VolumeCapacity should be a parameter that Administrators can set once via custom resource.
