Create archetype for the main DV deployment mechanisms

When creating VDBs through git or maven, there are certain expectations from the projects such as maven plugins, prometheus files, ddl, etc.

The examples here demonstrate that, but we would need maven archetys that customers can use to quick start their virtualization with correctly setup project prerequisites
