Upgrade 7.4 -> 7.5 stuck because of missing komodo image

When the user installs 7.4 and wants to upgrade to 7.5, one step of the upgrade is to scale everything to 1 - including komodo-server.

Komodo server in 1.7 tag in fuse-online-install specifies image "registry.redhat.io/fuse7-tech-preview/data-virtualization-server-rhel7:1.4-1" that doesn't exist in the redhat registry anymore, so the upgrade pod will wait indefinitely for the pod to be scaled to 1.

workaround it to edit the fuse-komodo-server image stream to point to an image that exists
