DV addon cannot be activated in Fuse Online

      After installing Fuse online through a workaround (see https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ENTESB-12289) and enabling DV addon as per the documentation (https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_fuse/7.5/html/installing_and_operating_fuse_online_on_openshift_container_platform/installation-of-fuse-online-on-ocp_ocp#enabling-data-virtualization_install), DV addon fails to start.

      The image stream fuse-dv is looking for image fuse-dv:1.5. The image in the container registry is fuse-dv-rhel7:1.5. Updating the image stream fixed the issue for me.
