Comet issues the following error:

Duplicate suffix. '-rhel7-operator' already included based on the Image Build Type

However, the actual issue is that Comet doesn't like the dv-operator name. Therefore, the name of the operator is being changed to juse: dv or in comet dv-rhel7-operator
