When I try to create a simple integration with odata connector, can be as start step, and doesn't want to change anything from default values, I am not able to click next button and proceed with integration creation. There is a very simple workaround, and that is for example to change the resource collection to something else and then select the initial collection, this enables the next button. This applies to all actions (no matter if it is added as start, or middle step).
