With scheduled builds promised it would be quite a good idea to provide a list of changes made in that release, so QE doesn't have to go looking through the new release for changes.

It would be also more convenient to see who is responsible for those changes, so QE can contact ENG quicker in case of any questions, as looking through commits to find out who to contact isn't the best solution.
