Investigate possibilities of running smoke tests and 3scale tests with Delorean team

In short, all we need is an containerised image that contains the tests that could be run against Fuse. The test container will

1. Be running in the same cluster as Fuse,
2. Return non-zero code if the tests failed
3. Test results should be written to a pre-defined directory (output a junit.xml file to the "/test-run-results").

Basically the same as the OSD E2E addon test container spec (https://github.com/openshift/osde2e/blob/master/docs/Addons.md#test-requirements).
