UI for Import/Export of Virtualization for CI/CD

As a virtualization user, I need to be able to export virtualization in one environment and import the exported virtualization into another environment. This will be used to migrate virtualizations from one environment to another. This is similar to import and export operations in Fuse Online Integrations.
