Align Jaeger deps to productised dependency

We already align to productized opentracing libs in Camel (even in Fuse 7.0 ). For Syndesis and the Jaeger dep I think we needed to bump the version from 0.32 to 0.34 so that the alignment to https://maven.repository.redhat.com/ga/io/jaegertracing/jaeger-core/0.34.0.redhat-00001/ happens automatically in PNC.
