Allow changing the baseline UI settings

      In 7.4 you could change the "branding" settings: 

      { "appName": "Fuse Online", "favicon32": "/favicon-32x32.png", "favicon16": "/favicon-16x16.png", "touchIcon": "/apple-touch-icon.png", "productBuild": true }

      We need to enable this through the CRD.
