For ENTESB-11490 we will need to deploy the infrastructure from different docker registries - syndesis stuff (s2i, meta, server, ui, operator) from quay.io where the organization name is "syndesispr" (so different from default "syndesis") and other stuff from standard docker locations.

It would be nice to have the possibility to specify the full image for the mentioned components in the CR.
