Build updated operator images and push them again (RCM)

    Description

      In order to fix the operatorhub problem (images not present) we need to resolve the subtasks in ENTESB-10450, rebuild the operator images and push them again:

      • camel-k
      • fuse-online
      • apicurito

      The new images must include the updated manifest from https://github.com/jboss-fuse/fuse-operators/releases/tag/7.4.0.CR5
