Rename komodo resources to data-virtualization-server or something similar

      All syndesis pods/image streams are renamed to fuse-ignite when going through the productization, but komodo stays komodo in the operator template:

          - imageChangeParams:
        automatic: true
        containerNames:
        - komodo-server <- here
        from:
          kind: ImageStreamTag
          name: fuse-komodo-server:latest <- here
          namespace: ${IMAGE_STREAM_NAMESPACE}
      type: ImageChange

      It would be great to rename it to something else, for example data-virtualization-server to match the docker image brew-pulp-docker01.web.prod.ext.phx2.redhat.com:8888/fuse-7-tech-preview/data-virtualization-server:1.4-3
