Route for OData is not created automatically and it doesn't appear anywhere in UI

After publishing Data Virtualization, I don't see any information where can I use it. I have to go to the OpenShift Console to the Services and create a route for <name>vdb-odata service manually (the week ago, the route was created automatically after deploy). After that, I can use it. I would expected that route will be created automatically and appears somewhere in the UI.

It would be better to have a URL somewhere in the UI. For example, the URL can be in the Data Virtualizations list.

The same situation is in the Syndesis part with the Webhook URL. The old UI contains URL for webhook step however the new UI doesn't. I have created another issue for it ( https://github.com/syndesisio/syndesis/issues/5575 )
