No Publish button for Data Virtualization

The Data Virtualization editor page does not have a Publish button, the only way to publish a data virtualization is on the Data Virtualizations list page, by clicking the kebab menu and selecting Publish.

In contrast, publishing an Integration is possible from the Integration editor itself or from it's Save dialog.
