7.3.1 operator does have "1.3" version of syndesis defined in /conf/syndesis-template.yml

sh-4.2$ cat /conf/syndesis-template.yml | grep "syndesis: "
    syndesis: "1.3"

That is the version that operator compares to the deployed syndesis version gotten from secret syndesis-global-config.

Since 7.3 version was "1.3" and the operator for 7.3.1 also has the "1.3" syndesis version, no upgrade pod is triggered.

rhn-support-hbraun since we never had 7.X.1 we didn't encounter this. What should be the correct fuse-online-version for micro release? Something like 1.3.1?
