Fuse 7: Requirement for CXF-WS(soap webservice) springboot quickstart with spring XML based configuration.

      We have java based quickstart available for CXF soap Spring Boot application. However some customer look for XML based configuration. Having one such quickstart would lead to quick development and also serve as best practice template for xml based soap webservice.

      tmielke: Can the quickstart be made available to Fuse on Openshift users via the Openshift templates and as a Maven archetype?
