[Hawtio EAP 6.3] Missing Keycloak file error while starting Hawtio

      There is an error while starting Fuse and Hawtio on EAP:
      ERROR [io.hawt.web.ContentSecurityPolicyFilter] (ServerService Thread Pool – 72) Can't read keycloak configuration file: java.io.FileNotFoundException: ${hawtio.keycloakClientConfig:} (No such file or directory)

      I tried also R11 - 6.3.0.redhat-377 on EAP 6.4.22. There is no such error, this can be considered as regression.
