[Hawtio Karaf 6.3] Type Converters page not showing

      Expected: the type converters page shows
      Actual: only blank page is showing with no type converters - no-type-converters.mkv

      I found this bug on R12 version, but I checked also older builds of 6.3 and the bug is also there. It's not regression.
