SQL Preview of a Virtualization

As a developer of a virtualization after enabling the preview/workbench I should be able to query and see results that are idiomatic to SQL. There optionally should be query builder functionality (potentially using logic from view definitions) assist with SQL. This can be basic - select a table from the view/metadata tree/list, offer the ability to select columns, apply a limit, filter, etc.

The results should be shown as a tabular result.

Json and xml results could be treated as a special case using logic from OData preview.
