Add ability to use specified Provider[] when creating KeyStore instance in KeyStoreCredentialStore

Add ability to use specified Provider[] when creating KeyStore instance in KeyStoreCredentialStore.

This will give us opportunity to use custom KeyStore (for example for FIPS certified CredentialStore).
